Repeat / Regular Client
I will be more then happy to give repeat customers a discount to make them full time clients. This not only helps me produce better work, but create a relationship with owner and animal.
Don't let them feetz get out of control.
Horse hooves generally need to be visited once every 2 months. I like to think of it like a Haircut. If you go without getting a haircut for two long then the barber has to recreate what you want. If you regularly see your barber, then they are just cleaning up and improving your already great style. A horse hoof is no different. If they go for 2 long without getting any work done, even with a specific way to do them. Between bacteria, fatigue, horses behavior, ect. You are more likely to get an OK cut then a great one. An OK is really close to a horse being lame.
